Registration Form and Fee

The non-refundable administration fee of $100.00 is a one-time fee that is charged upon confirmed enrolment. A child who has withdrawn at any time and has plans of re-enrolling after will be charged the administration fee again. Holidays or absences throughout the year are not deductible from regular monthly fees.

NOTES

** You will receive a follow up call or email 2 months before your tentative date of enrollment.

** If no response is received after the 3rd attempt of communication, your child’s wait list form will automatically be deleted.

** Please let us know if your plans have changed so we can update this file.

** Non-refundable administrative fee of $100.00 is due upon confirmation of admission.

** A $500 security deposit is required and will be credited on the last month IF a month withdrawal written notice is given.
